1. Offline-First Architecture & Biometric PII Isolation
ENIX operates offline-first on your iOS device. You may log workouts, track Overcoming Gravity skill progressions, and use our web calculators without creating an account. Our product analytics (PostHog) strictly prohibit logging biometric Personally Identifiable Information (PII): your bodyweight, height, age, biological sex, and raw free-text workout notes or profile bios are never transmitted in analytics properties. Only non-PII boolean flags (such as has_content, has_bio, and has_avatar) and aggregate counters are recorded.
2. Sign in with Apple & Supabase Cloud Sync
When you opt into Cloud Backup & Multi-Device Sync, ENIX authenticates via Sign in with Apple (supporting Apple Private Email Relay) or OTP email verification backed by Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS). All workout logs, routines, and skill assessments are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) and isolated to your authenticated auth.uid().
3. Apple HealthKit Integration
If you grant Apple Health permissions, ENIX reads and writes workout duration, active energy burned, and heart rate metrics strictly on your device in compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines. HealthKit data is never sold, shared with advertising networks, or used for third-party profiling.
4. Right to Erasure & Instant Account Deletion (delete_user_account)
Under GDPR, CCPA, and Apple App Store requirements, you hold an unconditional right to erasure. At any time inside the ENIX iOS app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account), triggering account deletion invokes our atomic delete_user_account RPC and purges your authentication record, synced workouts, routines, skill assessments, and storage objects immediately and permanently.
